Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
• Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
• International: 7–20 business days after fulfillment (varies by location)

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods (such as holidays).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Wrong Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee redelivery or replacement.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@propagandacreative.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Partial Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production timelines. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
